APELS is a national association for inclusion through sport, aimed at young people with little or no qualifications. It enables young people to take charge of their future and access employment. The Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty is the first administration to engage with APELS as part of an apprenticeship scheme. An event was organized at Bercy on April 26, 2022, to mark the launch of this partnership
