The AFMD is a non-profit organisation founded in 2007 by managers who are concerned about managing the diversity of their work groups in the best possible way. A network, a space for exchange and a laboratory of ideas, it now brings together more than 180 organisations (companies, institutions, local authorities, associations, grandes écoles and universities) mobilised in favour of an inclusive and respectful working environment.
