With the #JamaisSansElles association: the signing on March 8, 2021 of the association’s charter and a partnership agreement formalizes the ministry’s commitment to greater gender diversity and visibility of women in events organized by the ministry or in which it participates. It also provides an opportunity to reinforce the commitments made to ensure a fair balance in the appointments of women and men to senior management positions. Joint actions on the diversity of professions, the fight against stereotypes, entrepreneurship and shared governance will also be undertaken. See: “the Charte JamaisSansElles”.
