It allows the candidate or certified structure to evaluate its human resources processes in order to improve them continuously. The certification issued by AFNOR recognises and disseminates good recruitment and professional development practices that value diversity in the workplace. Obtaining a label is linked to compliance with commitments defined in AFNOR specifications.
