EDP designed an inclusive leadership programme, initiated in partnership with the NOVA SBE university in December 2020. The programme is a comprehensive online training designed for 29 EDP leaders across various business units. The programme focuses on the significance and impact of inclusive leadership in managing and developing more resilient and inclusive teams. The aim of the programme is the development of inclusive leadership competencies, the sensitisation and empowerment of EDP leaders to the challenges and opportunities of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) within EDP, and the establishment of a community of inclusive leaders and potential advocates for diversity within EDP.
